Key Features of Textile Hydro Extractor Machine
- The Main bed is made of cast iron
- Revolving Cage: The perforated basket is made of stainless steel in standard sizes and in different gauges according to size of the machine
- Suspension: The whole unit is supported on three c.I. suspension columns which are heavy to avoid Vibrations
- Drive: The revolving cage is driven by electric motor fixed on a support on the side of the cast iron base.
- Brake: The brake is controlled by hand lever with Ferodo Lined Liner.
- Lubrication: Lubrication is dealt with by grease gun, through the main shaft provided with a small bolt on brass nut to reach the bearing housing.
- Safety Cover: The machine is supplied with solid aluminium cover interlocked with it.
